“…the present emerges from its past,
lured to a new possibility”
~ Catherine Keller
I am a trained psychodynamic, relational therapist with extensive training in attachment theory and neuropsychology. I work with individuals and groups, treating past and current emotional injury and trauma of all types.
I offer weekly individual sessions as well as intensives which include daily sessions for either 5 or 10 consecutive days, 3 hours a day, for deep, acute, or critical work.
I integrate the following proven modalities and techniques to facilitate healing in a non-retraumatizing way:
Somatic Transformation (Sharon Stanley’s work): The body, via the nervous system, has a language all its own, and retains memory from past traumas. ST transforms distress into emotional resilience allowing healthier relationships, even when wounding has occurred as early as the pre-verbal stage of life.

Lifespan integration (Peggy Pace’s work): This is a gentle, body-based approach that helps to heal without re-traumatizing. It relies on the innate ability of the body-mind to heal itself through careful steps that neutralize trigger spots and rewires the individual’s ability to coping skills to move past trauma.
