I am a relational therapist, which means that, together, we create a supportive and empowering space that exists only between you and me. Together, we will process within this unique place to navigate difficult emotions born out of hard or harrowing events. Through this exploration, you will regain a sense of self, uncover the you that you were meant to be, achieve emotional well-being, and enjoy stronger and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.

As a graduate of The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology Masters program, I hold a license in Counseling Psychology and have a private practice in Issaquah, Washington. I am primarily a relational therapist, with a specialty in trauma and emotional wounding from life circumstances. I have extensive training in neuropsychology, addressing my client’s experiences through understanding the body and brain’s response to trauma. I utilize Somatic Transformation Therapy, EMDR, Lifespan Integration, and various other somatic tools as appropriate.

My background includes 15 years in a counseling ministry for individuals experiencing emotional injury, along with five years in the community health arena where I provided services for children, teens, and their families in critical and/or life-threatening situations. I am a Certified Child Mental Health Specialist, hold a license as a Chemical Dependency Professional (CP 60826591), and as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington (LH 60620139).
