We are born in relationship, we are wounded in relationship, and we can be healed in relationship.

~ Harville Hendrix

I am a relational therapist, which means that I use a relational therapeutic approach help you learn to navigate difficult emotions and experiences. Individuals who find it difficult to maintain supportive and healthy relationships may experience a sense of disconnection in addition to feelings of diminished self-worth and general distress, and their sense of emotional well-being may negatively affected. By creating a supportive and empowering space in which you can explore, process, and heal, you can achieve emotional well-being and enjoy stronger and more fulfilling relationships with others.

Depending on your need and situation, I integrate the following proven modalities and techniques to fast-track healing:

Somatic Transformation. The body, via the nervous system, has a language all its own, and retains memory from past traumas. ST can help you transform distress into emotional resilience and healthier relationships, even when wounding has occurred in the pre-verbal stage of life.

Lifespan integration. This is a gentle, body-based approach that helps to heal without re-traumatizing. It relies on the innate ability of the body-mind to heal itself through careful steps that neutralize trigger spots and rewires the individual’s ability to coping skills to move past trauma.
